Dear Sacred Heart Parishioners:

I want to thank everyone who participated in our first ever Parish Summit. I believe it was a day led by the Holy Spirit! The 2022 Summit Report is a compilation of the all the ideas that were presented and discussed at the Summit. Please take some time to read all of these ideas to see how the Holy Spirit is calling us to be a more active and vibrant parish here at Sacred Heart.

What are the next steps in the process now that the Summit has happened? In a spirit of prayerful discernment, I will review all of all these ideas with the help of the Parish Pastoral Council and the Staff Leadership Team. We will reach out to people who submitted the ideas and led a discussion at the Summit for further conversation about their idea. Some ideas will be acted on rather quickly i2022 Summit Report. I am happy to share with you that some ideas have already been implemented. Keep your eyes open to see new things happen here at Sacred Heart.

Other ideas will take more time to determine if they can or cannot be implemented at this time. In all of these decisions, we will want to keep in mind our overall vision statement: Sharing the Good News of God’s Love through Active Apostleship 

Finally, if any of these ideas interest you, reach out to the parishioner(s) listed as the idea originator to collaborate with them to help move the idea forward. This collaboration will help us become a more active and vibrant parish community here at Sacred Heart.

The 2022 Summit was a huge success with over 50 ideas submitted.  It doesn't stop there.  This is your church!  You don't need to wait for a Summit to bring your ideas to conintue to make Sacred Heart active and Vibrant.  Submit your ideas anytime to the parish council for consideration.
